TRUCKING BUSINESS SUPPORT

Trucking bookkeeping & back office support.

Organize the receipts, settlements, invoices and financial records behind your trucking business. Get an agreed monthly routine and reports you can use to understand costs and cash flow.

WHAT WE WORK ON

Clear tasks.
A useful result.

Monthly bookkeeping is quoted by the work: entities, trucks, accounts, transactions, invoices, existing records and reporting needs. Back office and fleet management roles are separately defined.

Receipts and reconciliations

Set a routine for collecting receipts and categorizing business expenses. Reconcile the agreed bank and credit-card accounts, settlements and factoring records. Missing records and unclear entries stay on an exception list for your review rather than being silently guessed.

Monthly financial reporting

The agreed monthly close includes a profit and loss statement, balance sheet, reconciliation results and missing-record list. A review meeting covers open questions and records for your tax professional. Truck-level reporting depends on the software setup and the quality of the information supplied.

Back office coordination

A broader retainer can include agreed invoice volume, processing days, aging review, routine receivables reminders, TMS administration and renewal follow-up. Your quote identifies overlapping bookkeeping work so the same work is not charged twice.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Your handoff.

Receive the reports, reconciliation results and action list specified in your monthly engagement. Agree on receipt deadlines, statement access, close dates and review meetings before work begins. Historical cleanup and changes to the agreed volume receive a separate scope.

What to bring

Share a summary of your accounting software, number of accounts, monthly transactions and invoices, trucks, factoring arrangements and the last period reconciled. Tell us whether you need ongoing bookkeeping, prior-period cleanup or a new setup.

Describe the operation in the inquiry form. Account credentials, driver records, bank statements and other sensitive files belong in the secure exchange agreed during onboarding.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before we start.

Do I have to give you my QuickBooks password?

No. Use a named invitation with the access appropriate to the work. You keep account ownership. The engagement defines records access, confidentiality, approved recipients, revocation and handoff.

Can you move money or pay bills from my accounts?

Bookkeeping access does not include payment or transfer authority. Those activities require separate arrangements and approval controls. Monthly bookkeeping is not a blanket authorization to spend company funds.

Are tax returns and payroll included?

Tax returns, payroll disbursement and legal representation are not included in the bookkeeping offer. We organize the agreed records for your tax professional. Any added coordination must be specified in writing.

Can you support a larger fleet?

Yes, through a defined scope. Larger operations are reviewed by entity, terminal, department, accounts, systems and staffing needs. The quote sets volume and coverage rather than promising unlimited processing.
