TRUCKING BUSINESS SUPPORT

Carrier authority setup & launch support.

Administrative support for starting a trucking company: organize your USDOT and operating authority applications, registration steps, provider coordination and startup records around the operation you plan to run.

WHAT WE WORK ON

Clear tasks.
A useful result.

Choose application support or a broader carrier launch project. We confirm your business structure, home state, cargo, operating area, trucks and drivers before defining the work.

Applications and registrations

Review the operation and prepare the agreed USDOT and operating authority application information. UCR registration assistance covers the agreed year. BOC-3 process-agent and insurance-filing steps are coordinated with the appropriate providers. Your company official completes required certifications and approves submissions.

The business behind the authority

A broader launch scope can include administrative formation filing assistance based on your chosen structure, company email setup, applicable IRP and IFTA coordination, and driver and vehicle file organization. You retain ownership of the company accounts and choose the entity structure with legal or tax advice where needed.

Provider coordination and operating routines

Where permitted and agreed, we coordinate insurance quote requests with licensed agents using your written authorization. You receive the agents’ original proposals and make coverage decisions directly with the agent. Launch support can also cover consortium enrollment coordination, Clearinghouse setup support, ELD routines, maintenance and renewal tracking.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Your handoff.

Receive the agreed submission records and receipts, a status tracker, a list of remaining activation steps and an owner handoff. A broader launch project adds the agreed startup binder and operating checklists. The quote defines completion, follow-up and which items depend on you or outside providers.

What to bring

Tell us your home state, intended start date, equipment, cargo, operating area, truck and driver counts, existing entity and registration status. Identify any filings already submitted and providers already selected so we can avoid duplicating work.

Describe the operation in the inquiry form. Account credentials, driver records, bank statements and other sensitive files belong in the secure exchange agreed during onboarding.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Before we start.

Does your fee include government charges and insurance?

Our administrative service fee is separate from government charges, insurance premiums, plates, taxes, testing, process agents and subscriptions. Confirmed outside costs can be itemized in the written quote. You see what is included before paid work begins.

Can you guarantee an authority activation date?

No. Agencies and outside providers control approvals and processing. We can define our preparation and follow-up tasks, track open items and explain what remains. Submitting an application is not permission to operate.

Will you choose an insurance policy for me?

No. Quote coordination is administrative. Licensed agents explain coverage and terms, and you make the purchase decision, complete required signatures and arrange payment. State requirements and agency procedures determine the coordination available.
